Brock Lesnar laid waste to Roman Reigns and The Bloodline
Fresh off his victory over " The Demon" Finn Bálor at WWE Extreme Rules, Universal Champion Roman Reigns was suddenly interrupted by Brock Lesnar. Chaos ensued between the two Superstars, and that paved the way for The Beast to dismantle Reigns and SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos en route to his Universal Title Match against The Head of the Table at WWE Crown Jewel.

Madcap Moss helped Happy Corbin steal the win from Kevin Owens
With his cackling friend Madcap Moss in his corner to cause the distraction, Happy Corbin hit End of Days (or "Happy Days" depending who you ask) onto the unforgiving ringside floor. He then overcame KO with a second End of Days inside the ring for the win.

Seth Rollins invaded Edge’s home
During his epic rematch against Edge on the Sept. 10 edition of SmackDown, Seth Rollins delivered a Stomp that sent his opponent away in an ambulance. Weeks later, The Rated-R Superstar emerged to confront The Visionary of Drip. One problem, though: His adversary wasn’t there.

Instead, Rollins showed up at Edge’s home! Although Beth Phoenix and the kids were not there, Rollins let himself in and made himself at home  – a horrifying moment for The Rated-R Superstar.

Liv Morgan vs. Carmella: SmackDown, Oct. 1, 2021

In the wake of her victory over Carmella at WWE Extreme Rules, Liv Morgan gives the self-proclaimed “Most Beautiful Woman in All of WWE” a rematch on the blue brand. Catch WWE action on Peacock, WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

Liv Morgan vs. Carmella ended in a No Contest
In the wake of her victory over Carmella at WWE Extreme Rules, Liv Morgan gave the self-proclaimed “Most Beautiful Woman in All of WWE” a rematch on the blue brand. Before the match could begin, though, Carmella exited the ring and had her people put some sort of protective mask on her face. She then used the apparatus to attack Liv before planting her face-first into the canvas.

Bianca Belair vs. Sasha Banks: SmackDown, Oct. 1, 2021

The Boss returns to take to SmackDown to battle The EST of WWE in a highly anticipated WrestleMania Rematch. Catch WWE action on Peacock, WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

Sasha Banks def. Bianca Belair
Sasha Banks returned to SmackDown to battle The EST of WWE in a highly anticipated WrestleMania Rematch with SmackDown Women's Champion Becky Lynch looking on from the commentary desk. Becky found herself in a war or words with the combatants, and before Belair could get back in the ring, The Man held her hair against the apron where the official couldn't see it. This allowed The Boss to roll up The EST of WWE for the pinfall.

Before the dust could settle, newly drafted SmackDown Superstar and Raw Women's Champion Charlotte Flair attacked Banks and Belair. As the blue brand went off the air, Flair and Lynch raised their respective titles into the sky.

SmackDown: Oct. 1, 2021

The two-night 2021 WWE Draft, presided over by WWE Officials Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville, took place on SmackDown and Raw, with additional picks being announced on WWE Talking Smack and WWE Raw Talk. FOX and USA worked with WWE Management in regard to their preferences for draft picks.

Over 60 Male Superstars, Female Superstars and Tag Teams were placed into the 2021 WWE Draft, with more than half the roster eligible to be drafted each night. It was determined that Tag Teams were counted as one pick unless FOX or USA Network (in conjunction with WWE Officials) wanted to pick one Superstar from a given team. At the conclusion of the Draft, any undrafted Superstars were immediately declared free agents with the freedom to sign with the brand of their choosing. THESE ROSTERS DO NOT TAKE EFFECT UNTIL THE NIGHT AFTER WWE CROWN JEWEL.
