Jessi Kamea: Bio
Jessi Kamea is always seeking adventure. A military child, Kamea traveled a lot while growing up and practiced a wide variety of sports, including soccer, basketball and track, in addition to her specialty of volleyball, which earned her a scholarship to Concordia University.
She switched her focus to the ring in 2017, when she was recruited to train at the WWE Performance Center. Although she’s a relative newcomer to the ring, the long-limbed and ridiculously athletic Kamea has already turned heads and earned high praise, debuting in the 2018 Mae Young Classic and battling one-on-one against the likes of Mia Yim, Dakota Kai and Ember Moon.
Kamea then aligned herself with The Robert Stone Brand in hopes of making a meteoric rise but seemed to spend more time trying to overcome the unfulfilled promises of their leader. The emergence of Franky Monet as the group’s new leader certainly shook up the dynamic and looks to have Kamea primed for new opportunities.
So sit back and watch Kamea strut her way to the top of NXT 2.0.
