When you think of NXT Superstars, only one comes to mind when you hear the phrase "All Ego".

Ethan Page made his stunning arrival in NXT and completely upended the hierarchy by attacking not only Noam Dar and Oro Mensah, but also NXT Champion Trick Williams when Page himself wasn't even an official Superstar.

The egotistical Page won the NXT Championship by winning a Fatal 4-Way at NXT Heatwave in just his fourth match in NXT, ushering in the All Ego era. 

With a biting tongue, in-ring skills to back it up, and a chip on his shoulder the size of a mountain, there's no telling what Page might say or do as an NXT Superstar.
