WWE Tag Team Title Six-Pack TLC Match
At SummerSlam 2000, The Hardy Boyz, The Dudley Boyz and Edge & Christian collided in the first-ever TLC Match, pioneering this revolutionary matchup.
Twenty-five years later, Tables, Ladders and Chairs will return to SummerSlam, as the largest field ever assembled for a TLC Match will battle for the WWE Tag Team Title.
WWE Tag Team Champions The Wyatt Sicks will have their championships dangling high above the ring as they contend against The Street Profits, The Motor City Machine Guns, #DIY, Fraxiom, and Andrade & Rey Fenix.
For months, all six teams have gone to war, leaving SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis no choice but to announce the return of the TLC Match after The Wyatt Sicks' title bout against Andrade and Fenix ended in chaos when the other SmackDown tag teams interfered.
This will be the first TLC Match to occur on a Premium Live Event since TLC 2020 and the first TLC Match to occur at SummerSlam since 2009.
Three of the teams have experience in TLC Matches, as then-WWE Tag Team Champions The Street Profits waged war with #DIY and Motor City Machine Guns on the April 25 episode of SmackDown. The match ended with Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins retaining the gold.
