So, the big day has arrived. It’s WrestleMania, and it’s looking to be the site of Nikki Bella’s final match in WWE. Between that and the continuing swirl of proposal rumors, she’s a little overwhelmed, but she finds time to get it together before the bell rings. Hopefully her doctor wasn’t watching because she does significantly more than just forearms and the Rack Attack 2.0, which goes against her promise from the previous episode. Still, Nikki gets through the tag team match unscathed and earns a victory with John Cena … who gets down on one knee and asks her to marry him after the match is over. With his mother, her mother and JJ at ringside, and Brie watching at home with Nana, Lauren and Vivian, Nikki says yes and a new chapter begins.
Introducing Birdie Joe Danielson on Total Bellas
Going into WrestleMania, Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan are a little on edge because the timing is lining up right around their daughter’s due date, but Birdie decides to hold off for quite a while, causing the couple to head to the hospital to induce labor for their planned natural birth. Unfortunately, that proposal goes out the window after almost a full day of labor, and the doctors decide to perform a cesarean section to bring Birdie Joe into the world. Season 2 of Total Bellas ends with our first glimpse of the new baby, but as for what happens next, you’ll have to check out Total Divas next Wednesday at 9/8 C when it returns to E! for Season 7.
