The Mysterios vs. Finn Bálor & Damian Priest of The Judgment Day (No Disqualification Match)

The Mysterios vs. Finn Bálor & Damian Priest of The Judgment Day (No Disqualification Match)

The Judgment Day wreaked havoc during Rey Mysterio’s 20th Anniversary Celebration, but despite a series of brutal backstage attacks, Finn Bálor, Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley can’t keep The Ultimate Underdog down.

After their hostile takeover, The Judgment Day have been on a warpath looking to recruit Dominik Mysterio into the fold by finally having him step out of his father’s shadow. When Dominik refused, Bálor and Priest took a more direct approach, forcing Dominik to either join them or watch his father suffer a vicious Con-Chair-To.

Dominik agreed to join, but it was too late, as The Judgment Day turned its attack on the younger Mysterio while Rey narrowly escaped. The following week, Bálor and Priest promised to end Rey’s illustrious career before Ripley heinously crashed the anniversary celebration, resulting in Rey suffering a 3-on-1 beatdown. Ripley took it a step further when she blindsided Rey as he was being attended to by paramedics.

But you don’t last 20 years in WWE without taking some punishment, and Rey Mysterio is ready to bounce back at SummerSlam with his son Dominik by his side as the two look for retribution against The Judgment Day in a No Disqualification Tag Team showdown for the ages.

Don’t miss a minute of the action at SummerSlam, streaming live Saturday, July 30, at 8 ET/5 PT on Peacock in the United States and on WWE Network everywhere else.
