The Usos def. The Dudley Boyz

The Usos def. The Dudley Boyz

DALLAS — The WWE Universe wanted tables, and they got them during the WrestleMania 32 Kickoff. In a twist of fate, however, it was The Dudley Boyz who were left lying in a heap of splintered wood at AT&T Stadium. The Usos stood tall after their victory over the extreme icons, devastating them after the bell with stereo splashes through a pair of tables.

The Dudleys, making their first appearance on The Grandest Stage of Them All since WrestleMania XX and searching for their first win at the Show of Shows, were not shaken by the massive crowd gathered in Dallas. In fact, Bubba Ray & D-Von quickly took control of the bout, pummeling The Usos at the bell and keeping the high-flying twins grounded.

The Usos vs. The Dudley Boyz: WrestleMania 32 Kickoff

The WrestleMania 32 Kickoff culminates in a hard-hitting tag team war between The Usos and The Dudley Boyz.

The 9-time WWE Tag Team Champions zeroed in on Uso, wearing him down while keeping Jimmy in their corner of the squared circle. Bubba taunted Jimmy, yelling that this beatdown was no different than the ones they used to give their father, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi. The beating looked to have no end, until Bubba decided to slow up and pay tribute to newly-minted Hall of Famer Stan Hansen, giving Jimmy the opening to tag in his brother.

Bubba & D-Von cut Jey off,  and immediately prompted a fracas among all four Superstars. In the end, Jey emerged to catch D-Von flush on the jaw with a superkick to win this family affair. The Dudleys would not go silently into the Dallas night, blindsiding The Usos after the bell and attempting to put them through  tables. However, Jimmy & Jey staggered The Dudleys with a pair of superkicks before putting the ECW Originals through the wood. The crack of the tables echoed through AT&T Stadium as over 100,000 people roared in approval. Jimmy & Jey emerged from the rubble, establishing the Anoa’I family as sports-entertainment’s most dominant at The Show of Shows.
