The first pay-per-view to take place outside North America, SummerSlam 1992 was literally WWE’s Biggest Party of the Summer ever. More than 80,000 members of the WWE Universe converged at London’s Wembley Stadium to witness national hero The British Bulldog face brother-in-law and Intercontinental Champion Bret “Hit Man” Hart in an emotionally charged fight that some have pegged as SummerSlam’s greatest match. Also at the event, WWE Champion Randy Savage dueled with Ultimate Warrior in an instant classic and Hawk & Animal, entering the ringside area on matching motorcycles, dispensed of Money Inc.
