Isaiah "Swerve" Scott & Breezango def. Legado del Fantasma in a Six-Man Street Fight

Isaiah “Swerve” Scott & Breezango vs. Legado del Fantasma – Six-Man Street Fight: NXT Super Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2020

Anything goes as “Swerve” and the new NXT Tag Team Champions look to settle their issue with Santos Escobar and company. Catch WWE action on WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

Tempers boiled over and led to a chaotic encounter that saw the use of a table, a fire extinguisher and even a forklift. A week removed from losing the NXT Tag Team Titles to Breezango, Imperium's Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner retaliated by getting involved in this bout. But they and Legado del Fantasma were taken out when Fandango and Isaiah "Swerve" Scott ascended a forklift, toppling their foes with a gravity-defying leap. Moments later, "Swerve" scored a major win when he planted Santos Escobar with the JML Driver before pinning the NXT Cruiserweight Champion.

Candice LeRae def. Kacy Catanzaro w/Kayden Carter

“The Poison Pixie” responds to her former best friend after squaring off with Kacy Catanzaro. Catch WWE action on WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

Candice LeRae picked up an impressive victory, defeating the ultra-athletic Kacy Catanzaro with a vicious surfboard stomp. Afterward, The Poison Pixie admitted that seeing Catanzaro's bond with Kayden Carter caused her to reflect on her own tattered friendship with Tegan Nox, and she issued a dinner invite to her former friend. How sincere was LeRae? That remains to be seen.

Timothy Thatcher def. Bronson Reed

Bronson Reed vs. Timothy Thatcher: NXT Super Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2020

Two Superstars with their eyes on the North American Championship face off. Catch WWE action on WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

Timothy Thatcher and Bronson Reed both have their eyes on Damian Priest's newly won North American Championship. Thanks to a sneak attack from Austin Theory, Thatcher moved one step closer to that title, as Theory's interference helped Thatcher lock in an armbar for a submission victory over The Aus-zilla.

Adam Cole and Finn Bálor finished in a 2-2 draw in the 60-minute 4-Way Iron Man Match for the NXT Title

Finn Bálor took the initial advantage, scoring the bout's first fall after hitting a Coup de Grace on Cole just before the match's halfway point. As significant as getting on the board first was for The Prince, it also painted a giant target on his back for the three other competitors.

The best moments from the 60-minute 4-Way Iron Man Match: NXT Super Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2020

Finn Bálor, Adam Cole, Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano empty their arsenals in hopes of becoming a two-time NXT Champion. Catch WWE action on WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

Johnny Gargano craftily swiped the second fall, stealing it away from Tommaso Ciampa by pinning Bálor after he was struck with Willow's Bell and the Fairytale Ending. Moments later, Adam Cole created a three-way tie after planting Gargano with a Panama Sunrise.

In desperate straits as the only Superstar without a fall, Ciampa eventually got on the board after hitting the Fairytale Ending on Cole. The Blackheart later found himself in perhaps rougher shape than any of his opponents after Cole blasted the back of his left knee with a superkick.

Finn Bálor and Adam Cole combine for an unbelievable Iron Man Match conclusion: NXT Super Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2020

In a stunning sequence, Adam Cole strikes from out of nowhere just when The Prince thinks he’s won. Catch WWE action on WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

Ciampa later rallied to hit a second-rope Air Raid Crash on Gargano, only to be met with a Coup de Grace from The Prince almost immediately after landing. With less than 20 seconds remaining, Finn pinned Ciampa to take the lead — until Cole blasted The Prince with the Last Shot out of nowhere and earned a second fall just as time expired.

As Cole and Bálor barked at one another after the bout, NXT General Manager William Regal joined the controversial scene, announcing that Cole and Bálor would face off next week on NXT Super Tuesday II to determine a definitive NXT Champion.
