On two occasions, Reed has dismantled Reigns and added insult by taking his sneakers. Bullying The OTC, the gigantic Superstar has given himself the name "The Tribal Thief" and has vowed to keep tormenting his adversary.
Reigns defied all warning and roared back on the Aug. 18 edition of Raw to once again engage Reed.
