Titus O’Neil had the prestigious honors of calling Riders Up for the 145th running of the Longines Kentucky Oaks at Churchill Downs and walking the celebrity red carpet before the Kentucky Derby this weekend in Louisville, Kentucky ... and absolutely stole the show while doing it!
