Triple H recognized greatness today with a tweet to FC Bayern Munich, who in May officially became – to borrow a line from Booker T – “five-time, five-time, five-time, five-time, FIVE-TIME” Bundesliga champions in as many years. The tweet with the hashtag #MiaSanMia – “We are who we are” – also acknowledged Bayern Munich defender David Alaba and midfielder Franck Ribéry, and a heads-up that a custom WWE Championship is headed the team’s way.
Already the most successful team in German football, Bayern Munich’s successful 2016-2017 campaign marks not only their fifth consecutive title, but also their 27th trophy overall in Bundesliga soccer. WWE joins Triple H in congratulating Bayern Munich in its accomplishment.
