Chris Jericho adds Singapore, Tokyo returns to his List
Drink it in, maaan. Chris Jericho and his List returned to WWE in Singapore Wednesday night.
It seemed that the WWE Universe wouldn’t see Jericho for quite some time after Kevin Owens defeated him for the United States Title – followed by an even worse beatdown after the match – last May on SmackDown LIVE. Yet, he opened the WWE Live festivities in Singapore Indoor Stadium Wednesday night, and is scheduled to appear this Friday and Saturday for WWE’s Live Events in Tokyo, Japan – a location where Jericho spent a significant portion of his formative in-ring years.
Before the evening’s Live Event action, Jericho took to social media to express his admiration for Singapore and its architecture.
Before anyone builds Jericho’s return out of proportion, don’t get too carried away. The Superstar’s appearances extend only to Singapore and Tokyo, and then he and Fozzy rock the world with their upcoming “Judas Rising Tour” this fall. So yes, drink it in, maaan. But savor it, WWE Universe, because, sadly, it’s a short drink.
