Diva Dish: Secret's out
This week in Diva Dish, Maria's secret is just days from exposure, Torrie Wilson praises Ashley, Kristal gives a new beauty tip, Victoria gets her motor runnin', Cherry offers something sweet and Ashley reminisces about 'Mania.
A Diva's secret
Maria has a secret, and in just two days, it will be revealed to lucky WWE fans right here on WWE.com. The Raw Diva will star in the premiere Secret Sessions, which will offer a peek into her life. While fans must wait just two more days for the Secret Sessions launch, Diva Dish offers another behind-the-scenes tidbit from Maria's Secret Sessions shoot.
The sexy fashionista Diva is known for wearing a trademark fingerless glove, usually on her right hand. Maria told Diva Dish she wears it for a special someone who once complimented her on it.
"This is what guys really need to know: Their comments do mean something to us. We do try to be sexy for our men. We really do try. So when he mentioned that he thought it was hot and sexy -- ow ow!" she laughed.
"I just thought I'd try wearing it more often. Usually it covers up a symbol I write on my right wrist for my special someone," she revealed. "So, it has a couple purposes, but it has a lot to do with a guy thinking it looked sexy, and so, I started wearing it."
Stay tuned to WWE.com for more on Maria's upcoming Secret Sessions debut.
From one Bunny to another
Raw's Torrie Wilson told Diva Dish she thinks fellow Playboy cover girl Ashley is lookin' hot on the cover of the April issue of the magazine.
"She definitely looks different than the Divas who have been in Playboy previously because she has her rocker edge," Torrie said. "It's really cool that she got to keep her own personality."
Since Torrie had such a positive experience working with Playboy, she was confident SmackDown Diva Ashley would do equally well.
"I don't think she needed a pep talk! She was really excited to do it when I talked to her," Torrie said. "I told her how happy and excited I was for her, and that I couldn't wait to see the pictures."
Kristal offered Diva Dish another beauty tip this week, and this one guarantees to turn heads. (P.S. She said she learned it from Raw's Candice Michelle!)
"I have a tooth-whitening tip to get that Hollywood smile. It's inexpensive and you can do it at home. Gargle with hydrogen peroxide every day for a week, but don't swallow it. Hold it in your mouth as long as you can. Then brush with baking soda," The SmackDown Diva explained.
"I dry brush, with no water, and then brush with baking soda. Then in a week, I guarantee your teeth will be sparkling white and fabulous," she said. "It does burn a little bit. You might get little white spots on your gums, but it goes away in like an hour or so."
Mark your calendars -- Victoria will be at the New York International Auto Show this weekend. The hot Raw Diva said she's ready to get WWE fans' motors running.
"I'm into cars. I like Hummers and big cars. I'm mostly into motorcross and sport bikes, and stuff like that, too," she told Diva Dish. "I'm into monster trucks -- you know, that ‘Sunday! Sunday! Sunday!' stuff. I had three brothers, and we were always in the dirt and riding motorcross. I was always into lifted cars, and I like pimped out cars."
Victoria is the proud owner of a Hummer. While she doesn't go off-roading in it, she never fails to have fun in her tough toy.
"It was my dream car, and I baby it just because I never thought I'd be able to own a car like that in my life. Honestly, I drive it and I'm like, ‘I can't believe I drive this!' " she laughed. "Someday I'll live in a castle, too. I still live in a condo, but I have a nice car!"
Victoria will be at the NYIAS at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York City tomorrow from 1 to 3 p.m. For more information on the show, visit www.autoshowny.com.
Sip of Cherry
SmackDown Superstar Domino has one sweetie-pie of a sister -- the roller-skate and poodle skirt wearing, gum-smacking Cherry. The Diva has another sweet habit, but this one's sugar-free.
"Cherry drinks only Crystal Light Iced Tea, all day, every day. She likes the lemon flavor," Domino told Diva Dish.
"She'll go to a restaurant, order a glass of water and she'll put it in herself. Very strange, but interesting, right?" he continued. "She's done this as long as I've known her, and that's a long time!"
While she didn't win the Women's Championship from Melina, walking out before the record-setting crowd of 80,103 was the highlight of Ashley's WrestleMania.
"When I heard the WWE fans and saw the crowd…" she said, turning speechless. "It was the biggest crowd I've ever been in front of. It was an overwhelming feeling."
The Hall of Fame ceremony was another memorable night for Ashley. She admitted to Diva Dish that the emotional ceremony brought tears to her pretty green eyes.
"Everything leading up to WrestleMania, all the pressure, knowing I had a match, I was extremely emotional anyway. Just hearing ‘Mr. Perfect' Curt Hennig's wife speak, my eyes just welled up," Ashley said. "She was so good. Cody and Dusty Rhodes were such good speakers. I got emotional quite a few times at Hall of Fame."
