Action was fast and furious from the get-go as The Creed Brothers jumped out of the ring to attack GYV before the match began, but the experienced Zack Gibson & James Drake had Julius & Brutus Creed on their heels as the duo looked to reach their third straight Dusty Cup Final. GYV pummeled the larger Brutus Creed, sling-shotting him into the steel beneath the ring apron as the referee was distracted.

GYV targeted the injured neck of Brutus Creed until he was finally able to tag in his brother, who laid waste to Drake & Gibson before surviving a Doomsday Device from GYV for a near-fall. Two of Diamond Mine's finest took some of GYV's hardest blows and kept fighting with a massive suplex off the top rope before Brutus Creed hit a devastating clothesline for the victory.

It looked as if Kay Lee Ray would finally get her one-on-one match with Mandy Rose when Indi Hartwell & Persia Pirotta jumped Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne on their way to the ring, leaving the NXT Women's Champion without backup.

The two Superstars traded blows in a heated battle that saw Ray put her body on the line before Rose flung the back of Ray's head into the turnbuckle. The Forever Champion rallied to hit Rose with a moonsault, hoisting her up for a KLR Bomb that was reversed into a sunset flip for a near-fall.
