Moustache Mountain scored a huge victory on their home turf when they overcame NXT Tag Team Champions Roderick Strong & Kyle O’Reilly at the NXT U.K. Championship special.

Moustache Mountain’s Tyler Bate & Trent Seven were fighting not just for the black-and-yellow brand’s prestigious tandem titles, which had been in Undisputed ERA’s possession since December, but also for national pride. After all, the notoriously outspoken stable had taken plenty of potshots at all things U.K. (including Moustache Mountain and their running mate, WWE U.K. Champion Pete Dunne) during recent months, and Bate and Seven were determined to make them eat their words.
