After competing in the grueling WWE Cruiserweight Championship Fatal 4-Way Match at Royal Rumble Kickoff, Akira Tozawa and Hideo Itami square off to prove they should still be in title contention.

Despite both losing in a Fatal 4-Way Match during Royal Rumble Kickoff, Hideo Itami and former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Akira Tozawa set out to prove they were still ripe for WWE Cruiserweight Championship contention last week on WWE 205 Live. After a hard-hitting contest, Tozawa emerged victorious and celebrated with his ally, The Brian Kendrick.

After checking on his own cohort – the vanquished Itami – Ariya Daivari shocked the WWE Universe by leveling the Japanese legend with a savage clothesline. Daivari didn’t offer much of an explanation as to why he attacked Itami, who has been something of a mentor to Daivari since The Persian Lion returned from injury, but it proved that Daivari was indeed more ruthless than ever.

Will Daivari explain why he decimated Itami, or will he just let his actions continue to speak louder than words?
