Despite failing to capture the WWE Cruiserweight Championship at Survivor Series, Mustafa Ali has not lost sight of the division’s ultimate prize and is determined to earn another opportunity. However, his friend – former champion Cedric Alexander – recently broke out of his slump with a pulse-pounding victory against Lio Rush, and he’ll look to continue to grind his way back to the title picture. Both Ali and Alexander – The Heart and Soul of WWE 205 Live, respectively, have their issues with WWE Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy and his training partner, Tony Nese.

In tonight’s blockbuster main event, Ali and Alexander will join forces against their common foes in what is sure to be an action-packed and bitter tag team brawl. Can Ali and Alexander successfully team up as they have in the past, or are their title aspirations and the combined might of Murphy and Nese too much of an obstacle?
