You have been selected to join WWE’s 18th Annual Tribute to the Troops. WWE began Tribute to the Troops in 2003 to honor our servicemen and women and their families and thank them for their continued sacrifice to our country.

What is WWE ThunderDome? 
WWE ThunderDome is a state-of-the-art set, video boards, pyrotechnics, lasers, cutting-edge graphics and drone cameras, that will take WWE fans’ viewing experience to an unprecedented level.  WWE ThunderDome will virtually bring fans into the arena via live video on massive LED boards for every Monday Night Raw, Friday Night SmackDown, WWE pay-per-view events and the 18th Annual Tribute to the Troops.

What link do I use to access the WWE ThunderDome?
You will receive an email on either Wednesday 2 December or Thursday 3 December with a custom link specific to you. Do not share your link.  Click on the link to join promptly at 1100 ET. 

What time should I join WWE ThunderDome?
You will be asked to join promptly at 1100 ET.  WWE Tribute to the Troops will take place at 1130-1300 ET.  Please be prepared to participate in the entire taping.

I’m receiving a message that says the room is full.
Please refresh your browser and try to enter again.  With hundreds of individuals accessing the WWE ThunderDome at the same time, it may take a few attempts to successfully enter.  

What should I have prepared ahead of participating in WWE ThunderDome?
Please make sure that you have a stable internet connection before you join WWE ThunderDome. You will also need a front-facing camera and microphone.  If you do not have a camera or microphone on your device, you will not be admitted. If using a mobile device, make sure that its stationary and in the horizontal orientation.

Please make sure you are in uniform, camera ready with good lighting.

Watch the show through the stream on your device. Position yourself in front of your camera from your midsection up, leaving a little room above your head.

Allow access to your microphone and camera so we can see and hear you. Make sure you have the sound on so you can hear the moderator’s instructions.

Connect to the WWE ThunderDome using a laptop or desktop computer, tablet, or mobile device. 

Close additional applications throughout your home on TVs, computers, and mobile devices.

What platforms are compatible?
The system will work on most browsers, but for the best results use the following:

• MacOS: Safari 14
• PC: Chrome 84 or Firefox 86
• Mobile Devices: iPhone6 or newer device, Google Nexus 6 or Samsung Galaxy S5

What are the steps I can take to get the best internet connection?
The system will work on all internet-capable devices, but a laptop or desktop computer is preferred.

Wired Internet connections are preferred.  If you are using Wi-Fi, restart your modem and router to maximize your download and upload speeds.

If you’re using WiFi with a laptop/PC, sit near your modem or router or use an ethernet cable to plug directly into your router.

If using a phone/tablet, turn on your cell data and WiFi. 

Make sure to close all additional applications on your computer or mobile device.

Do not use any other video streaming or video game while in the WWE ThunderDome.

What if I lose internet connection in the WWE ThunderDome?

If you lose your internet connection while you’re in the WWE ThunderDome, you will automatically be dropped from the WWE ThunderDome, but can come back into the show via the same link.

How many people are allowed to join the live stream at once?
Only one fan is permitted per seat.

Will there be instructions once I enter the WWE ThunderDome?
There will be a Moderator providing brief instructions from 1100-1130 ET. 

What are additional rules for participating in WWE ThunderDome?

• No profanity
• No violence
• No inappropriate language
• No inappropriate clothing
• No nudity
• No off-color remarks
• No third-party brand or political messaging

What are tips for the best picture quality?
Position yourself in front of your camera from your midsection up, leaving a little room above your head.  Make sure you have good lighting and a clean wall behind you. 

The environment and background behind you may not depict logos, graphics, images or other commercial identifications of non-WWE parties (including without limitations, signs or product placements) any immoral graphics, images or texts, or any political statements, slogans, logos, images, texts, or graphics. 

We reserve the right to deny your participation (or to immediately terminate your participation) in the WWE ThunderDome if your environment or background are deemed to be inappropriate (as determined in our sole discretion) or if you alter the environment or background once you have entered the WWE ThunderDome to one that we deem to be inappropriate (also as determined in our sole discretion).

What are tips for the best experience?
Pick a comfortable spot to enjoy your WWE ThunderDome experience.  Big arm movements are best seen on TV.

If you’re using a mobile device for your video stream, it is best to set up horizontally on a sturdy stand. Do not move your mobile device around.  Keep it stationary.

Do not call from the car or any outdoor location.

Remember to have calls blocked via the associated “Do Not Disturb” feature on that device.  Use your device’s setting to mute notifications. For laptop and desktop users, on a PC enable the “Focus Assist” feature.  On a Mac, enable the “Do Not Disturb” feature.
