Naussau Coliseum - Uniondale, NY
The Coliseum is host to New York Islanders hockey, New York Saints lacrosse and New York Dragons football. Nassau Coliseum was built on Mitchel Field Army/Air Force base, and opened on May 29, 1972, at a cost of $32 million.
Nassau Coliseum has seen much history. One of its most notable piece of history was Bobby Nystrom's overtime goal on May of 1980 that won the Islanders their first of four consecutive Stanley Cups. The Coliseum played host to Chris Benoit winning his second Intercontinental Championship with his defeat of Chris Jericho.
