The RBC Center - Raleigh, NC

The main event for SummerSlam in 2000 marked the second straight year that a Triple Threat Match headlined the event as The Rock defeated Kurt Angle and Triple H. Construction on the $158 million RBC Center began with a groundbreaking ceremony on July 22, 1997, and the Center's doors opened for business in October 1999.

The RBC Center is now the home to the NHL's Carolina Hurricanes. They have also hosted such big events and concerts as Lynard Skynard, AC/DC and the Harlem Globetrotters.
