Last week, Ilja Dragunov returned to SmackDown to defeat Sami Zayn in the United States Title Open Challenge to become the new titleholder.
The triumphant Dragunov will celebrate his success by issuing another Open Challenge for the championship tonight on SmackDown at 8e/7c on USA.
