Royal Rumble 2018 Travel Package Terms & Conditions

Royal Rumble Travel Packages (“Travel Packages”) are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD). Subject to the restriction below, orders will be processed immediately upon receipt. Payment in full is due at the time the order is placed. Once the order has been confirmed, the payment received is non-refundable. The advertised Travel Package prices include taxes and standard charges for shipping & handling. Fees and charges for items such as upgraded methods of shipping, custom fees or duty fees usually applied to international shipments are not included in the advertised prices. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  

Travel Packages are available for purchase to both domestic and international customers. Travel Package quantities are limited and orders will be processed, within each Travel Package tier, on a first-come first-served basis while supplies last. 

The seating locations described within the Travel Packages are subject to change without notice. You will be notified of such changes. If the ticket value decreases, a refund will be issued to reflect the difference in value. Subject to the terms and conditions discussed below, seat locations (including section and row) will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, by Travel Package tier, in order in which Travel Package purchase is confirmed, not in order in which Travel Package purchase is submitted. Customers will not be notified of specific seat assignments prior to the shipment of Travel Packages, which occurs approximately, 4 weeks prior to the Royal Rumble weekend, as discussed below. Until notification occurs, WWE reserves the right to adjust initial seat, row and section assignments within the applicable Travel Package tiers to maintain efficient seating disbursement and to accommodate changing conditions which may affect event production, seating and/or customer safety, including without limitation, changes in the event staging area or venue layout.  Accessible seating is available in the accessible seating areas designated by the venue. If you require such seating, please indicate the request on your order form by clicking Accessible Seating in the Special Accommodations section. Do not type an accessible seating request into the Special Requests section as it will not be valid.  

Orders must contain a main traveler who will be the primary contact for each order. The main traveler must be 18 years of age or older. Travel Packages will be confirmed in the main traveler’s name. The hotel reservation will be confirmed in the main traveler’s name. All information will be communicated via email directly to the main traveler. The main traveler will receive an email confirmation within 5 business days after purchase is confirmed. It is very important that the main traveler review all the information on the email confirmation and advise if any information is incorrect such as package type or shipping address. If the main traveler does not receive any type of email notification, it is recommended that an email is sent to travel.packages@wwe.com to check on the status of such order. Once the order has been confirmed, only the main traveler can request changes; such as, guest names, shipping address, telephone number, email contact or hotel reservation name. If any change requests are received from guests, they will be advised that only the main traveler on their order can request such changes.   

Change requests received after December 1, 2017 will be considered; however, depending on the type of request, may not be approved. Change requests for new shipping address will not be approved. If request for new shipping address is received after December 1, 2017, the Travel Package will automatically be shipped to the hotel not to the new shipping address.

As all Travel Packages are non-refundable, travel insurance is recommended in case of cancellation due to reasons, including, without limitation, family emergency, personal illness, etc. Please contact a travel insurance provider for further information and to purchase travel insurance. Travel Packages may be transferred provided the transferee agrees in writing to abide by the terms and conditions stated herein. The main traveler must submit a written request for the transfer of the Travel Package. Request must include the full name, mailing address and email contact of the new main traveler. WWE will not be involved in any discussions and/or decisions made between the present main traveler and the new main traveler. Once the new main traveler has been confirmed, the previous main traveler will no longer receive any information pertaining to the Travel Packages. If the Travel Package has already been shipped, it is the sole responsibility of the previous main traveler to successfully ship the Travel Package to the new main traveler (and to pay all costs associated with shipping the package).

All Travel Packages include hotel accommodations. 3-Night Hotel Accommodations - Check-in Saturday, January 27, 2018 / Check-out Tuesday, January 30, 2018.  4-Night Hotel Accommodations – Check-in Saturday, January 27, 2018 / Check-out Wednesday, January 31, 2018. Each person within the same Travel Package will share 1 standard hotel room. Due to inventory demand, bed requests cannot be made in advance. If the room is assigned with 2 beds, any requests for additional beds; such as, a rollaway bed or a cot, will not be accepted due to hotel fire code policies. If a second room is required, the main traveler will need to contact the hotel directly to confirm a separate reservation for the second room. If guests are interested in extending their hotel stay, reservations for additional nights must also be confirmed as separate reservations directly with the hotel. Separate reservations are subject to hotel availability and guests will pay the hotel directly for separate reservations.  Hotels will charge the regular room rate on all separate reservations. The precise location of the hotel will be provided to the main traveler at a later date. Guests will not be able to confirm any requests or make any changes to the reservations made by WWE directly with the hotel.  All requests and/or changes to reservations made by WWE must be emailed by the main traveler to travel.packages@wwe.com. Guests do not need to contact the hotel directly to re-confirm reservations made by WWE as these reservations will be confirmed as part of a group and may not appear in the hotel’s reservation system until just prior to arrival.

Travel Packages do not include airline tickets. Travel Packages do not include hotel parking. Travel Packages do not include airport transfers. Travel Packages do not include ground transportation, unless specifically stated in the package descriptions. Travel Packages do not include any food or drinks (or allowances for food or drinks), unless specifically stated in the Travel Package descriptions. The identity of the Superstars participating in package sessions will not be available prior to the sessions. SmackDown Live tickets is only included with 4 night hotel accommodations. For your convenience, the recommended airport through which to make travel arrangements is Philadelphia International Airport.

Customers will be responsible, at their sole cost and expense, for transporting or shipping their collectible chair from the event to their residence. The airports require that the chairs be checked as baggage, they are not allowed to be carried on by TSA regulations. The chairs are the standard size of a metal folding chair, with approximate dimensions of 18.25”W x 19.75”D x 30.25”H, and weighing approximately 12 lbs. 

WWE reserves the right to modify, or cancel the Travel Packages in its entirety, in any way it deems necessary or appropriate. Main travelers will be notified of such changes. The main traveler will be responsible for providing this information to guests within group. If any portions of the Travel Package are modified, the modifications will be equal in value and refunds will not be issued.  If Travel Packages are cancelled in its entirety, a full refund will be issued.
