Sunday afternoon, the Baltimore Ravens defeated the Atlanta Falcons to run their record to 8-2 and take a three-game lead in the NFL’s AFC North division. One day later, several members of the first-place squad headed down Howard Street to see Raw at the 1st Mariner Arena.

Several Ravens, including wide receiver Mark Clayton, quarterback Kyle Boller and offensive lineman Jason Brown and Keydrick Vincent among others, were backstage prior to the show. According to Brown, coming to Raw is a chance to leave the football field behind for a few hours.

“We work hard week in and week out, this is an opportunity to come out and have fun,” he said.

Brown, who noted that he was a big fan of The Rock, expects Raw to be a lot like a Ravens game.

“I expect to see a melee, a whole bunch of slaps in the face and a lot of excitement.”
