WWE.com has learned that despite an ambush attack at Night of Champions that left Kaitlyn with a torn tendon, she does not need surgery.

Kaitlyn was warming up for her title match against Layla when she was viciously attacked from behind by someone covering their face. Stepping in as Kaitlyn's replacement, Eve captured the Divas Championship from Layla. ( RESULTS | PHOTOS)

Although Kaitlyn has a torn tendon, her ankle is not broken. She will be wearing a brace and is expected to be back in action in several weeks.
