WWE 2K17 roster expands by 24 Superstars in final Suplex City Census update

The Shield may be no more in WWE, but the Superstars formerly known as The Hounds of Justice will make their presence felt in WWE 2k17.

WWE World Champion Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns are among the many Superstars being revealed in this month’s fifth and final WWE 2K17 roster reveal update. The friends-turned-rivals are just three of the 24 new playable characters added by 2K, fortifying an expansive WWE video game roster which now also includes WWE 2K16 cover Superstar “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and four other WWE Hall of Famers.

2K unveiled the final members of the WWE 2K17 roster by way of the Suplex City Census results for the industrial district, the fifth interactive neighborhood in a virtual locale inspired by WWE 2K17 cover Superstar Brock Lesnar.

WWE 2K17 is rated “T” for Teen by the ESRB, and is currently scheduled for worldwide release on Oct. 11, 2016, on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, as well as PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
