WWE 2K17 adds McMahon Family to playable roster
The most powerful family in sports-entertainment will now be a part of WWE 2K17.
On Tuesday, Stephanie McMahon revealed on Twitter that she, along with her father, Mr. McMahon, and brother, Shane McMahon, will join the playable character roster for 2K’s upcoming installment to its WWE video game series.
“It's a family affair,” she tweeted. “Catch @VinceMcMahon, @shanemcmahon, and I in #WWE2K17!”
Stephanie’s announcement marks the first of what will be a series of weekly WWE 2K17 roster announcements, beginning in early August. It also assures WWE gamers that the McMahon Family will be part of a roster that already includes WWE 2K17 cover Superstar Brock Lesnar, Pre-Order Bonus character Goldberg and more competitors from WWE and NXT.
WWE 2K17 is not yet rated by the ESRB, and is currently scheduled for worldwide release on Oct. 11, 2016, on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as well as PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
