Randy Orton injured during Money in the Bank

Randy Orton sustained an injury during the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Ladder Match after being struck in the head by a ladder. Following the match, The Viper was treated by WWE medical personel and recieved 12 staples to treat the wound.

Orton posted the following Tweet after being tended to:
