TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BE ONE OF THE FIRST 4,000 KIDS TO SEND US THE NAME OF A BOOK YOU HAVE READ OR PLAN TO READ, AND THE AUTHOR WHO WROTE IT, AND WE WILL SEND YOU A WWE SUMMERSLAM READING JAM POSTER.

ELIGIBILITY:  The SummerSlam Reading Jam Poster Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least ten (10) years of age but no more than eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation.  Employees, officers and directors of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. ("WWE" or "Sponsor"), and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates (i.e., entities controlling, controlled by or under common control with, any of the foregoing entities), promotion and advertising agencies and anyone involved in the Promotion's development or execution, the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and members of the households of such employees, officers and directors and performing talent are not eligible.  Promotion subject to all federal, state and local rules.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:  To participate in the Promotion, be one of the first 4,000  kids between June 22, 2010 and July 22, 2010 to send WWE the name of a book you have, or intend to read, this summer and the author who wrote it.  In return, WWE will send you a SummerSlam Reading Jam poster.  Approximate retail value of each poster: $10.00.

If the eligible participant is age thirteen (13) or over, entries may be submitted via email to the email address listed immediately below.  Emailed entries must be received between 9 a.m. Eastern Time on June 22, 2010 and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 22, 2010.

Entries may also be submitted via regular mail to the address listed immediately below (note that entrants under the age of 13 must submit their entry via regular mail).  Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than July 22, 2010 and received no later than July 28, 2010.

All entries must contain the participant's name, date of birth and a valid postal address to which the poster may be sent.  It is the participant's responsibility to provide WWE with a valid postal address.  Name and address information will be used by WWE only for purposes of delivering the merchandise.  Personal information will not be used for advertising purposes and will not be shared with third parties.  This is not a contest or a sweepstakes.
