Santino sitcom?

In an article posted on AOL Television's Web site, WWE Superstar Santino Marella reveals that WWE is working on developing their own sitcom starring none other than Santino himself. Regarding the situation, the Italian Superstar said that he would be "the next one to cross over, the next Hollywood star."

With filming starting in the next few weeks, the plan is that Santino will star in the sitcom alongside WWE Diva Beth Phoenix and WWE Superstar Vladimir Kozlov, playing his girlfriend and best friend respectively.

As it stands now, plans are that the show will originally air on WWE.com, and then if all goes well, it will find a home on a network. To read more on this developing story, click here.
