Arena Report - Hard Rock Cafe
Tonight at the Hard Rock Café in Times Square, New York, one of the three remaining finalists in the 2006 Diva Search contest will be crowned the newest WWE Diva, and the lucky recipient of a $250,000 contract, all for becoming the next in the line of the sexiest women on television.
The Hard Rock Café is no stranger to WWE action. Many sports-entertainment fans will remember that the Hard Rock Café used to serve as a home away from home for WWE Superstars and fans alike. From 2000-2002, the Hard Rock Café, or "WWE New York" as it was known at the time, was a full service restaurant and viewing party hot spot for WWE programming. Fans from all over the world gathered to watch RAW, HEAT, and monthly pay-per-views, and many a time, they would watch with a WWE Superstar sitting right beside them.
From 2000-2002, WWE New York hosted live broadcasts of Sunday Night HEAT. When it wasn't hosting weekly programming, WWE New York hosted a variety of special WWE events including the finals of Tough Enough I, II, and III.
In 2003, WWE New York hosted a very special broadcast of RAW's 10th Anniversary, also known as RAW X. The unique broadcast served as an awards show to celebrate the key performers during RAW's 10 year run.
Tonight, a new chapter in WWE history at the Hard Rock will be written when the field of thousands of aspiring Divas is finally cut to one. You can watch history unfold for yourself, live at 10/9 CT and only on USA.
