Zack Ryder revisits his training grounds in throwback pic
Zack Ryder’s done a lot of reflecting since sustaining a severe knee injury last December, and one important stop on his road to recovery was the place where he officially began his journey to WWE Superstardom back in 2003.
During a recent visit to his hometown of Long Island, N.Y., the former United States and Intercontinental Champion visited an old garage where he officially started his in-ring training, writing in a #tbt Instagram post today that he’s “still swinging” 14 years later. The post definitely makes us anxious to see Long Island Iced-Z get back to pumping — and yes, swinging — his fist in a WWE ring sooner than later.
