My Mother Gave Everything She Had to help others even when we had nothing, Never Thought twice about Being 100%Honest with people regardless of the Risk involved, Showed me how to Love ALL People because I witnessed ALL People show love to us when they had NOTHING TO Gain in Return, Taught me the Truth about Being a Black man in America, But Also Refused to allow me to be the Negative Stereotype of One, Instead She focused on Helping me become a MAN OF CHARACTER,Not Just of Color, she treated others so well and helped so many that in return me and my brothers always were blessed by many who wanted to see us succeed because of My Mom. I could go on for years speaking of my Mom, but considering the fact that I Try to make her proud Daily by Doing what she Gave Birth to me to do and not just show my love for her on "Mothers Day" But EVERYDAY. Life is shorter than we think it is or should be at times for some, so as my Mom taught me Long ago..LOVE&Honor can be celebrated anytime we choose, There's Not a Calendar in the world that can Predict the Future so Love Often as you can..Because unfortunately for some, Mothers Day isn't a Good Day because their mother is no longer on earth. My mother is alive and well she has Plenty to be Proud of. Single mother that raised 4Sons 3Are College Graduates,Former Student Athletes,Two Awesome Grandsons @bullard111 My Boys☺️, None of us ever went to jail or did or sold drugs, All of us Give back to others in our own way, and ABOVE ALL ELSE....WE ARE ALL Making her Proud!!! Happy Mother's Day! ... My grandmother Katie on the left, and my mom on the right ... Taking my sister Jenni & I on an afternoon stroll. My grandmother Katie struggled with breast cancer and Alzheimer's disease. I always called her "Grammy Katie." Katie taught me so much about being a strong woman. My mom of course... she is the strongest, most resilient woman I know. Hands down.

It's funny how mom's can make everything better! They have some kind of special powers! Mine is my walking dictionary, culinary teacher, life coach, spiritual advisor, personal hairstylist, psychologist...& then she has her real job.
