WWE is saddened to learn that former WCW competitor and Memphis legend Bill Dundee has passed away.
Dundee was a fixture on WCW programming serving as the manager for William Regal, but his lasting legacy was in his work as an in-ring competitor.
Not only a successful tag team partner to “Nature Boy” Buddy Landel, Dundee was a signature rival of Jimmy Valiant and WWE Hall of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler as they elevated the Memphis wrestling territory to greater and greater heights.
WWE extends its condolences to Dundee’s family, friends, and fans.
