AAA General Manger Rey Mysterio has announced a new tournament to determine who will challenge World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns.
The tournament features eight of the best luchadors from Raw, SmackDown and AAA, and the winner will challenge The OTC for the title on the Sept. 14 episode of Raw, live from Mexico City.
Here are the matches:
First Round:
Raw, Aug. 10: Penta vs. Laredo Kid
AAA, Aug. 15: Psycho Clown vs. La Parka
Raw, Aug. 17: Dragon Lee vs. El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr.
Raw, Aug. 17: Rey Fenix vs. El Fiscal
Second Round:
Raw, Aug. 24: Penta or Laredo Kid vs. Psycho Clown or La Parka
Raw, Aug. 24: Dragon Lee or El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. vs. Rey Fenix or El Fiscal
Final:
Raw, Aug. 31: Tournament Final
Raw, Sept. 14: Winner vs. World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns
