Ronda Rousey attends Mae Young Classic tapings

Former UFC Bantamweight Women's Champion Ronda Rousey makes her presence felt at the taping for the inaugural WWE Mae Young Classic.

One of the more surprising competitors announced for the Mae Young Classic was mixed-martial artist Shayna Baszler, making her WWE debut as one of the 32 entrants in the historic tournament. Fittingly enough, Baszler — one of MMA’s “Four Horsewomen” — had some support: Former Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey, who was also a Horsewoman alongside Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke, was in attendance for Baszler’s debut, as revealed by Triple H on Twitter.

Tune in to see how Baszler fares in the Mae Young Classic when the first four episodes of the tournament premiere on demand beginning Monday, Aug. 28, only on the award-winning WWE Network.
