Emanating from Pittsburgh’s Civic Arena, SummerSlam 1995 saw that year’s King of the Ring, the 500-plus pound King Mabel, challenge WWE Champion Diesel in the main event. But the evening’s Match of the Night honors belonged to Intercontinental Champion Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon, who waged war yet again in a brilliant Ladder Match a year and a half after they made the match type famous at WrestleMania X. In addition, Bret Hart fought demonic dentist Isaac Yankem, Barry Horowitz scored an unthinkable victory on pay-per-view, and Hakushi and 1-2-3 Kid upped their aerial game in a fast-paced opener.
