Lzzy Hale and Nita Strauss opened WWE Evolution with a musical performance

UNIONDALE, N.Y. — WWE Evolution began with a hard-rock roar of epic proportions, as Halestorm singer Lzzy Hale and Alice Cooper guitarist Nita Strauss opened the show with a musical performance backed by a highlight reel of the female Superstars who made the first-ever all-women’s pay-per-view possible.

Between Hale’s grizzled vocals and Strauss’ face-melting guitar heroics (she was the woman who played Shinsuke Nakamura to the ring at WrestleMania 34), the performance began the pay-per-view on a high-energy note, setting the stage for the epic evening to come.
