Tye Dillinger, Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford surprise NXT fans with hot chocolate after Philadelphia snowstorm

Tye Dillinger serves hot chocolate at NXT Live Event in Philadelphia

A winter storm blanketed the northeastern United States with snow on Thursday. That didn’t stop Philadelphians from braving the cold and making their way to the Tower Theater for a jam-packed night of NXT action. A trio of NXT Superstars went out of their way to show appreciation for these awesome fans and help them warm up before the opening bell.

“The Perfect 10” Tye Dillinger, along with fellow NXT Superstars Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford, surprised hundreds of fans in the City of Brotherly Love with hot chocolate as they waited in line for the Live Event to start.

Though forecasts called for the temperature to be in the high 20s as show time drew near, 20-plus mile-per-hour winds made it feel closer to a not-so-perfect 10, making Dillinger’s chocolatey gesture all the more appreciated by the NXT Universe.

“It’s a way for us as NXT Superstars to be able to thank the fans for their support and dedication in helping NXT get to where it is today,” Dillinger said.

Dillinger and the Superstars of NXT will continue to turn up the heat in the Northeast this weekend, with two more Live Events — Friday in Asbury Park, N.J., and Saturday in Albany, N.Y. Visit NXTTickets.com for complete ticket information.
