The shocking arrival of Mustafa Ali to NXT caught the attention of Schism, specifically their leader Joe Gacy, who felt the wrath of Ali after the tag team match between Wes Lee & Tyler Bate and The Dyad. 

After The Dyad lost, Gacy tried to attack both Lee & Bate, but Ali intervened and unceremoniously dumped Gacy over the top rope and embarrassed the enigmatic head of Schism.
