WRESTLEMANIA AXXESS SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PAYMENT, ENTRY FEE OR PURCHASE REQUIRED.

OPEN TO ALL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND TO ATTENDEES (“ATTENDEES”) OF THE WRESTLEMANIA AXXESS EVENT (THE “EVENT”) HELD APRIL 4 -APRIL 7, 2013 AT THE IZOD CENTER IN EAST RUTHERFORD, NEW JERSEY.  ENTRANTS MUST BE AT LEAST SEVEN (7) YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

HOW TO ENTER:

Attendees:  Attendees of the Event may enter the WrestleMania Axxess Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) by standing in line at the designated location within the Event and waiting for a turn to participate in a three-question trivia game.  Trivia games will be held during seven (7) sessions (each a “Session”) of the Event.  These seven (7) Sessions are held shall occur on the following dates, at the following times:  4/4/13 from 6pm -10pm Eastern Time (“ET”); 4/5/13 from 6pm-10pm ET; 4/6/13 from 8am-12pm ET, 1pm-5pm ET and 6pm-10pm ET; and 4/7/13 from 8am-12pm ET and 12:30pm-4:30pm ET. Attendees will be selected to play in the trivia game in the order in which they appear in the line.  Each person who participates in a trivia game will be entered into the Sweepstakes.

Mail-in Entry:  In addition, residents of the United States and the District of Columbia may enter the Sweepstakes by sending a postcard or letter containing their name, address, date of birth, telephone number and email address to WrestleMania Axxess Sweepstakes Entry, World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. 1241 East Main Street, Stamford, CT 06902. Such mail in entry must be postmarked on or before April 8, 2013 and received on or before April 15, 2013. Misdirected or late entries will not be considered. 

Persons may enter as often as they like, regardless of the method of entry; provided, however, limit one (1) entry per outer envelope for mail-in entry.  No mechanically reproduced/photocopied requests will be accepted. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

ELIGIBILITY:  Sweepstakes open only to residents of the United States and the District of Columbia and to Attendees of one of the Sessions of the Event, who are seven (7) years of age or older at the time they participate in the trivia game or mail in their entry form, as applicable.  Employees, officers, directors and performing talent of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (“WWE” or “Sponsor”)and LeadDog Marketing Group, Inc. (“Administrator”) and theirsubsidiaries, promotion and advertising agencies, anyone involved in the Sweepstakes’ development or execution, and entities controlling, controlled by or under common control with, any of the above, the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) of such employees, officers, directors and performing talent and members of the households of such employees, officers, directors and performing talent are not eligible. By taking part in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.  Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to permanently disqualify from this Sweepstakes any person they believe has intentionally violated these Rules.  Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

DRAWING:  Seven (7) winners (each a “Winner”) shall be selected at random from among all eligible entries on or about April 16, 2013 by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes and not subject to appeal.  Each Winner will be notified by e-mail within one (1) weekof being randomly selected.  Each Winner may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that Sponsor may require and to see to it that Sponsor is in receipt of these documents within ten (10) days of having received the same.  If a selected Winner is a minor in his or her state of residence at the time he or she is asked to sign these documents, the minor’s parent or legal guardian also will be required to sign these documents.  In all cases, Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of residency, age and parenthood or guardianship, and a Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory.

If a potential Winner does not timely return requisite documents or cannot be reached within five (5) days from initial notification attempt, if prize is returned as non-deliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries and confirmed in accordance with these Official Rules.

SEVEN (7) PRIZES:  Each Prize consists of one (1) WWE Championship Belt autographed by a WWE Superstar.  Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize:  $359.

Total ARV of all seven (7) prizes: $2,513.

All expenses not specified in these Official Sweepstakes Rules, including, without limitation, taxes and insurance, are solely each Winner’s responsibility.  Winners shall be responsible for all applicable taxes including but not limited to sales and income taxes. Prize may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute similar prize of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:  Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and Administrator which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  All federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the Winners.  By entering, participants (and parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator and theirsubsidiaries, representatives, promotion, advertising and online technology agencies, prize suppliers, anyone associated the development or execution of this Sweepstakes, and entities controlling, controlled by or under common control with, any of the above, and each of their respective owners, principals, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents and representatives (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse or nonuse of any prize or parts thereof (including activity or travel related thereto), including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of any kind, and from liability to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes.  The Releasees do not make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.  Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority or for any misdirected mail or late delivery.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify this Sweepstakes in any way it deems necessary or appropriate.  Entry constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winners’ name, likeness, performance, hometown and state for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media at the discretion of Sponsor without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

LIST OF WINNERS:  For a list of prize winners, available after May 10, 2013, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (Vermont residents may omit return postage) to: WrestleMania Axxess Sweepstakes Winner’s List, World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. 1241 East Main Street, Stamford, CT 06902.  Requests must be received by June 10, 2013.

MISCELLANEOUS:  Participants agree that this Sweepstakes is governed solely by the laws of the United States.  Any claims arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any other Prize may be brought only in a federal or state court in Connecticut. If any provisions of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
