Michelle McCool injury update

Michelle McCool is attended to by EMT's and trainers on SmackDown.
Michelle McCool was kept overnight at a local medical facility in Charlottesville, Va., after sustaining what doctors say may be a concussion.
McCool was injured during the Six-Person Tag Match on SmackDown when she was accidentally knocked off the ring apron by tag partner Jamie Noble, landing hard on the outside floor. She then tried to fight through the pain to intervene as Chuck Palumbo was assaulting Noble, and was sent to the ground by a Palumbo elbow to her head.
