The Artist
March 31, 2000 - April 10, 2000

The Artist captured his second Cruiserweight Championship by defeatin Billy Kidman in March 2000. With the win, The Artist was beginning to make a name for himself. Then WCW heads Eric Bischoff and Vince Russo stripped all WCW Champions of their belts on April 10, 2000, in an attempt to "relaunch" WCW.
