Last weekend, WWE Superstar Batista touched down in Australia to promote all the electrifying sports-entertainment that our fans will witness when SmackDown and ECW tour throughout Australia and New Zealand June 11-17.

The Animal may have been Down Under for only a short time, but his schedule was jam-packed as he conducted more than 15 interviews for various print media, including People magazine, Zoo Weekly and The Australian. Batista also made four television appearances, including one on the primetime show Domestic Blitz, in which he helped fulfill the wish of a child whose dream had been to meet the former World Heavyweight Champion.

One other highlight of the SmackDown Superstar's trip was his meeting with popular morning radio host Paul Murray. Murray, a long time WWE fan, had a training session with The Animal inside the ring, where Batista showed the host of "The Shebang" what it takes to be a WWE Superstar. Murray also conducted an interview with Batista which aired on Monday, May 26.

Apart from all his promotional appearances, including a photo shoot with Australian native and former World Featherweight Champion Jeff Fenech, The Animal was still able to relax and catch the newly released, action-packed film Indiana Jones: The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
