In their first WWE match on the Sept. 5 edition of RAW, Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch surprised Hurricane & Rosey by defeating them in a non-title match. Less than two weeks later, Cade & Murdoch did it again when it counted most. After a vicious DDT on the floor earlier in the match disoriented Hurricane, Cade & Murdoch hit him with a clothesline/legsweep combo to get the pinfall and secure the World Tag Team Championship.
