Rope snaps during John Cena match at WWE Live Manila

Good thing he never gives up.

A most unusual malfunction occurred during John Cena’s pre-intermission bout with Big Show at a WWE Live Event in Manila Friday night, when the middle rope snapped clean in two as The World’s Largest Athlete went for a corner splash on the prone 15-time World Champion.

The sight of the giant falling to the ground briefly sucked the air out of the room, but luckily, despite Show’s terrifying tumble, no one was seriously injured. The ropes were replaced, the show went on as planned, and, oh, Cena won with an Attitude Adjustment.
