For some of the current WWE Divas, the Diva Search contest is an insult to the years of training and hard work they put in to get where they are today. And then there's Victoria, who actually looks forward to the now annual Diva Search. The former Women's Champion recently shared her feelings about the contest in an exclusive conversation with WWE.com.

In regards to the guaranteed contract which awaits the winner of the hotly contested Diva Search, Victoria holds no resentment. "I really am happy for them. Some of us have worked a lot of hours and traveled thousands of miles to get where we are today. But if they can get the opportunity to bypass all the struggles, I say go for it."

The Diva Search isn't always about ruthless competition. For an established Superstar like Victoria, the contest has been an opportunity to make new friends, and meet new people. "People think the girls in the Search don't get along with the veteran Divas. They couldn't be more wrong. I have made some lifelong friends as a result of the Diva Search. Candice Michelle is one of my closest friends in the world, and I wouldn't have met her if not for the contest."

But, being a Diva isn't all fun and games. Victoria wants all the aspiring Divas to know what they are getting into. "I just hope they realize that being a Diva isn't just about smiling and looking good. Eventually, they're going to find themselves in the ring and it's going to get physical. For those of us that have been here for a while, the new Divas are just fresh meat. We're ready to chew them up and spit them out."
