NXT General Manager William Regal made it brutally clear: There will be a victor in the 2-out-of-3 Falls Match between NXT Champion Adam Cole and Johnny Gargano.

During the NXT TakeOver: Toronto Pre-Show, Regal provided a sneak peek at one of the most hellish structures ever assembled in sports-entertainment: A locked steel cage surrounded by weapons and topped with barbed wire and tables.

Ominously, both steel chairs and sledgehammers appeared to be among the weaponry that adorned the sides of the steel cage, and the barbed wire wrapped the entirety of the top of the savage structure.

If Cole and Gargano wind up tied one fall apiece following their first two falls at TakeOver: Toronto, needless to say there will be a devastating equalizer waiting for them in the third and final fall.
