NXT Women's Champion Asuka and her challenger Nikki Cross battled in an epic Last Woman Standing Match on NXT Wednesday night. The historic contest saw both women put their bodies on the line for the NXT Women's Title, including an insane superplex off the top of a ladder through the NXT announce table.

The jaw-dropping maneuver proved to be the bout's deciding moment, but social media was buzzing about the match well after the show had concluded. From Drew McIntyre to Ember Moon, fellow NXT Superstars took to social media to reign praise upon The Empress of Tomorrow and her feisty Scottish challenger.
