If you’re Dan Matha, the former University of Pittsburgh offensive lineman who joined the WWE Performance Center last September, you crush out AMRAP (“as many reps as possible,” Tough Enough winner Bronson Matthews clarifies) of big-weight squats to get your week off on the right foot.
